Maybe you should take a look at https://www.lesyre.se/
its a programme you have to buy and install ( or get a school license for the teachers )

It lets you build a question bank, and from that question bank you can make a lot of games for formative feedback.
I.e. dominoes , triazzle, memory games, games with categories and more.
You can also make the Q&A’s into a board – game ( I have one in A3 with numbers and an additional sheet for questions on one sheet if you like, as I found it to time consuming to stay on top of all those pieces 🙂 )

The setup of the game options takes some time with laminating the pieces and so on, but you can reuse later on, so its mostly a one time investment.
And its offline and fun, and there are options for both group learning and individual learning.

There are examples of question banks in the programme to get you started.

Just be careful that the different game options require different maximum letters ind the Q & A fields. You get a warning if you exceed, then you can make a copy with different options, in stead of just having the one with the shortest Q&A’s .
